Retaliation

It is a violation of the Title IX and Sexual Harassment Policy to engage in retaliation.

Any report or formal complaint of retaliation will be processed under the Title IX and Sexual Harassment Policy in the same manner as a report or formal complaint of sexual harassment. Persons who believe they have been retaliated against in violation of this policy should make a report to the Title IX Coordinator.
