Add a minor to your degree at Columbia College

Columbia College students may add a minor outside of their major to give you additional areas of expertise.

You may take a minor if you're interested in a subject but do not want to make it your primary focus. Or add a minor related to your program to complement your degree.

To add a minor, students must obtain approval from their academic advisor and declare the minor before earning a total of 60 credit hours. Students must have at 2.0 grade point average or higher for all minor-related courses.
