The education department at Columbia College has a two-fold mission. We prepare students for the teaching profession and better equip current teachers through a variety of certificate and master's-level programs.

The Columbia College education department prepares students for Missouri teaching certification. We also work with graduate-level students to prepare them for leadership roles in schools and districts.

MO Teaching License

Columbia College offers various routes you can choose to secure a teaching license in the state of Missouri

M.A.T and M.Ed.

These master degrees helps current teachers hone their classroom skills and prepares students for administrative roles.

Minors
