Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar maintains the official academic records of all Columbia College students for all locations (main campus, nationwide, and online; undergraduate and graduate studies).
This office also ensures that students' academic records and information are maintained and protected in accordance with the U.S. Department of Education Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
The Office of the Registrar has limited staff on campus as a precaution during this COVID-19 Pandemic. As a result, there will be no more in-person pickup of transcripts and diplomas effective immediately. In addition, diploma and paper (vs. electronic) transcript orders will be fulfilled once a week until further notice.
