Maintain federal aid and scholarship eligibility
Maintaining federal aid eligibility and keeping college scholarships require students to meet certain academic standards. You must meet and maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress in order to continue receiving federal and/or state financial aid. Satisfactory Academic Progress is required by the United States Department of Education and the Missouri Department of Higher Education. These standards ensure you are successfully completing coursework.

The Financial Aid office reviews Satisfactory Academic Progress of financial aid recipients after each semester, up to three times a year. Students not making academic progress will not be eligible to continue to receive financial aid until satisfactory academic progress is met or a student appeal is approved.
