Health services available on campus at Columbia College
Health and medical services are available on campus.
Receive the following services at no charge:
- Physical exams
- Visits for illness diagnosis or follow-up
- Rapid Strep, Flu, and COVID-19 testing
- Blood pressure checks
- Urine testing for diagnosis of bladder infections
- Allergy injections
- Flu shots
When necessary, healthcare staff can also write prescriptions and make referrals.
Required forms & immunization documents
All day students at the traditional campus are required to complete TB screening questionnaire and other online forms using the Student Health Portal on Cougartack. Students must submit proof of two vaccinations for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) and one for Meningitis. You may also upload documentation of COVID-19 vaccinations. See student immunization policy.
Failure to submit these documents to Health Services will prevent students from registering for subsequent semesters. For more information, contact Health Services.
