We will provide a professional photographer at the ceremony. Students will be photographed when presented with their diploma. Order forms will be sent to graduates in advance and will be available at the ceremony.

Caps and gowns

Graduates can order their caps and gowns through the Herff-Jones website. The venue will notify students when regalia is available for pick-up.

Announcements and rings

Visit the Herff-Jones website to place orders for printed announcements or rings. If you prefer generic announcements, email the bookstore at SM789@BNCollege.com or call (573) 875-7341.

Guest information

Seating and special accommodations

Doors open one hour before the ceremony begins. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Contact your location to reserve handicap or wheelchair seating or to make other special accommodations. Advance reservation guarantees wheelchair seating, otherwise it is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ushers will be available to provide assistance.

Gain access to base as a civilian

Vehicles must proceed through the main gate to get to the main chapel. All vehicles without valid Department of Defense IDs must visit the Visitor Control Center to obtain a temporary pass.  To enter the installation all adults must have a valid ID card (driver's license, military ID, state ID card, passport, etc.), current vehicle registration and proof of insurance. For motorcycles you also need proof of a motorcycle defensive driving course. The driver of the vehicle must have a valid driver's license. Other forms of identification may be used by passengers.

Directions

From Interstate 95 southbound (from South Carolina)

From I-95 South (from South Carolina) take Exit 87 (Coastal Highway/GA Highway 17). Turn left onto GA Hwy 17 South. Travel 4.5 miles to GA Hwy 196 West. Veer to the right just prior to the light onto GA Hwy 196 West.  Travel 8.9 miles to US Hwy 84 West. Turn right at the T-junction. Travel 4.3 miles to General Stewart Way (just past the Panera Bread on the right). Turn right at General Stewart Way and follow directions to the Fort Stewart main gate. Once through the main gate, move into the left-hand lane. Travel approximately 0.5 miles to the traffic light and turn left. You are at the main chapel.

From I-95 northbound (from Florida)

From I-95 North (from Florida) take Exit 76 (Midway and Sunbury Road). Turn left onto US Hwy 84 West. Travel approximately 15 miles to General Stewart Way (just past the Panera Bread on the right). Turn right at General Stewart Way and follow directions to the Fort Stewart main gate. Travel approximately 0.5 miles to the traffic light and turn left. You are at the main chapel.

From I-16 Eastbound (From Macon, GA)

From I-16 East (from Macon, GA) go East to I-95 South. Follow instructions for I-95 southbound from South Carolina.
