Qualified students on the traditional campus in Columbia, Missouri, have access to the Columbia College TRiO Student Support Services program.
Benefits for eligible students
TRiO Student Support Services is a federally-funded TRiO program, administered by the Department of Education. It's designed to encourage eligible students to persevere and complete their college degrees.

Qualifications
Students who may qualify for the program include:
- First-generation college students (neither parent earned a baccalaureate degree)
- Students who meet federal income guidelines
- Students with documented physical, learning or mental health disabilities
Students must be working toward a four-year degree from Columbia College to access these services.
Services
Students qualifying for TRiO services receive free tutoring, mentoring and educational workshops, as well as career support. We can also help you find opportunities to receive grants, which do not have to be repaid. Eligible students have exclusive access to a state-of-the-art computer lab, study lounge and tutoring labs.
