Report an accessibility barrier

Columbia College is committed to equal access and the civil rights of people with disabilities, and so strives to remove barriers to its programs wherever they may exist through systematic barrier removal, proper and timely maintenance, encouraging universal design, etc. In the event you encounter a barrier, such as an inaccessible website, inoperative elevator, blocked access ramp, videos without caption, or other lack of access to an event or program, we need you to help us identify them so the College can maintain access by removing barriers as quickly as possible.

We monitor the website regularly to maintain an ease of accessibility for all. However, if you have questions about the Columbia College website, or if you had trouble accessing or navigating any part of it, please contact us for assistance. We'd like to hear from you.

Submission of this form does not constitute a formal complaint, grievance or request for academic work place accommodation. The intent is to assist in identifying and addressing accessibility barriers. Thank you for helping this endeavor.
