The Office of the Registrar has limited staff on campus as a precaution during this COVID-19 Pandemic. As a result, there will be no more in-person pickup of transcripts and diplomas effective immediately. In addition, diploma and paper (vs. electronic) transcript orders will be fulfilled once a week until further notice.
Columbia College has partnered with Parchment to fulfill transcript requests.
To order your transcript online:
- Create an account on the Parchment page
- Fill out the order form.
- Submit Payment
To order a transcript on behalf of a student, use our Third-Party Ordering page.
You will need to provide specific information such as your student ID or partial social security number to complete your request.
For your convenience, transcripts can now be sent electronically. A processing fee of $10 will be charged for each request (additional fees for expedited shipping). Transcripts are usually processed and sent within one business day.
NOTE: A student's current account balance must be in good standing prior to the release of the transcript.
