Parking violations appeals

Ticket appeals must be submitted within 10 days of violation date.

Tickets not appealed within 10 days will be billed automatically, and appeals received after 10 days will be considered invalid.

A response will be made to all appeals within 10 days.

All appeals must be in clearly written or typed and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Ticket date
  • Vehicle license number
  • Explanation of circumstances surrounding the violation
  • Why you believe you should not have to pay the fine

Violations that cannot be appealed are:

  • Parking in fire lanes
  • Unauthorized use of handicap accessible parking spaces
