Robert Hohenstein has taught in the Robert W. Plaster School of Business since August 2020 and has over 35 years of experience in the disciplines of marketing, sales, location-based, experiential and participatory entertainment, and customer experience (CX) to study, understand, and enhance consumer engagement across all touchpoints. His professional background encompasses senior leadership roles with Six Flags Entertainment Corporation and Paramount Global.
