Throughout Dr. NDiaye’s years as a bedside nurse and a nurse practitioner, she has enjoyed having nursing students, including precepting Nurse Practitioner students more recently. Nurse education is important in improving patient outcomes in many ways.
Dr. NDiaye is grateful to be given this opportunity to help in the very important task of training the next generation of nurses.
