Dr. Manda Foster received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Judson College, her M.S. in Reading and Literacy from Capella University, and her Ed.S. and Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Northcentral University.
Dr. Foster brings over 20 years of experience working at the k-12 level. She has served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and behavioral specialist. Dr. Foster enjoys mentoring new teachers and leaders in the education field. She specializes in trauma-informed care blending trauma-informed practices with educational instruction and leadership. Dr. Foster's research has focused on the impact of project-based learning strategies for exceptional students. Her work specifically focuses on instructional practices' impact on students with adverse childhood experiences.
