Dr. Brad Scharf received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His graduate research focused on the physiological responses of cattle to heat stress and fescue toxicosis. Dr. Scharf began teaching at Columbia College in 2019 as an adjunct professor before serving as a visiting faculty member with the Day Campus in 2021 and starting his current position as Professor of Biology.
