Support hours

Phone support is available during the following hours Central Time:

Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Walk-in support is available:

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday: By appointment only
Sunday: By appointment only
