Note: The MyCAA program does not include Coast Guard spouses.
You do not need to send in your paper authorization each session. Our Accounting Department will access the portal after the last day to drop classes has passed each session and electronically pull over the funds and apply them to your student account.
If you do not see that the funds have applied to your account after the third week of class, double check that you have selected the correct school on your portal and contact your Military One Source Counselor. Also, make sure that the classes you registered for match the courses you have listed on the portal.
If you feel that MyCAA short-paid, check your Military One Source to see that you entered the correct tuition amount on your request. If there was an error in the amount entered please contact the Enrollment Service Center immediately as there is a limited time frame to make corrections. If not, please contact your Military One Source Counselor. Please note that MyCAA will only pay for lab fees if you listed the fee in your MyCAA application .
