Medical Assistants are multi-skilled healthcare workers who function under the direction of a licensed provider. They perform administrative and clinical tasks in the offices of physicians, hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

Columbia College offers a convenient online certificate program, so you can fit your CMA certificate around your work or life commitments. The program requires completion of seven courses, taking between 8-14 months, depending upon how fast you progress through the coursework.
