Transfer what you already know

We recognize that you've learned plenty in your career as a REALTOR®.

Apply what you already know toward a degree or certificate. We award three academic credit hours for your current, state-issued real estate agent or broker’s license.

Additionally, you can receive credit for relevant CLEP tests, courses you’ve completed at other regionally accredited colleges, and military training. This saves you time and money on your degree.

We’ll provide an unofficial review of your transcripts before you apply.

We offer eight-week classes that start six times a year, providing a flexible path to your degree or certificate. Classes are offered online or in seat at more than 30 locations nationwide.

Federal aid

The federal government provides money for college . You may apply for Pell Grants, which are awarded based on financial need and do not have to be repaid. Or, apply for low-interest federal loans.
