Columbia College evaluations department promotes Allen
(COLUMBIA, Mo.) - Columbia College's evaluations department recently promoted Seth Allen to assistant director of Evaluations. Allen began his duties Oct. 25th.
Allen joined the evaluations department in Feb. 2008 and most recently served as a senior evaluator. Before coming to Columbia College, Allen worked for Adventure Club, a before- and after-school program that is part of the University of Missouri's Education Department.
"We are happy to have Seth in this new role," said Gary Cain, director of Evaluations. "He's been an asset to our department from the beginning, and I'm confident he'll continue to be a valuable addition to our team."
Allen received his associate's degree from Southeastern Community College in Keokuk, Iowa, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in education from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Mo., in May of '01.
Allen is married to Rebecca, a stay-at-home mom and photographer, and they have a 3-year-old son, Logan. They reside in Columbia.
