Columbia College students taking the MFT or ETS should complete this test reservation form. Testing time slots will be updated at the start of each session.
Undergraduate MFT: Allow two hours Graduate MFT: Allow three hours ETS Exam: Allow one hour Non-Columbia College students requiring a proctor for an outside exam, please note that these time slots are by appointment only.
