Proctor Listing
Columbia College locations are the best option for proctors. If you are able to travel to a Columbia College campus to take a proctored exam, please make an appointment with that campus and inform your instructor of your proctor choice.
If you are unable to travel to a Columbia College campus, acceptable proctors include, but are not restricted to, Columbia College faculty, Columbia College nationwide campus directors or their staff, ministers, commanding officers (direct superiors are not allowed), corporate executive officers (again, direct supervisors are not allowed) and public librarians. If you are unable to locate a suitable proctor near you, check the list available through the NCTA Consortium of College Testing Centers. College Testing Centers may assess a fee for testing. Instructors must approve all proctors.

Proctoring Times: 4th and 8th weeks of session. Appointment times are:
Wednesday --> 2:30p - 4:30p & 5:30p - 7:30p
Thursday and Friday --> 11:00a - 1:00p; 2:30p - 4:30p; & 5:30p - 7:30p
Saturday --> 9:00a - 11:00a.
To secure a seat at one of the above proctoring times, please complete the information on the proctor reservation form and submit it. Your space will be confirmed via a reply by E-mail.
