Proctor Listing
Columbia College locations are the best option for proctors. If you are able to travel to a Columbia College campus to take a proctored exam, please make an appointment with that campus and inform your instructor of your proctor choice.
If you are unable to travel to a Columbia College campus, acceptable proctors include, but are not restricted to, Columbia College faculty, Columbia College nationwide campus directors or their staff, ministers, commanding officers (direct superiors are not allowed), corporate executive officers (again, direct supervisors are not allowed) and public librarians. If you are unable to locate a suitable proctor near you, check the list available through the NCTA Consortium of College Testing Centers. College Testing Centers may assess a fee for testing. Instructors must approve all proctors.

Proctoring Times: Midterm: 6:00 PM Friday and 9:00 AM Saturday of the 4th week.
Final: 6:00 PM Friday or 9:00 AM Saturday of the 8th week.
Major Field Test: 6:00 PM Friday or 9:00 AM Saturday of the 8th week.
Individual Appointments: Individualized proctoring is NOT available in Moberly.
Reserve a seat: Fill out the Proctor Reservation Form. If you wish to reserve a seat for the Major Field Test, please use the MFT Reservation Form.
Seating is limited and given on a first come first served basis. It is strongly recommended that you reserve your seat at the start of the session.
