Graduates of Online Campus

July, October or December Degree Date

All students who anticipate a degree completion date of July, October or December 2014 must file a Declaration of Candidacy for Degree form through Cougartrack. There is also a graduation fee of $75 for an undergraduate degree and $120 for a graduate degree; this fee is payable at the time of filing and is not related to ceremony participation. After the Evaluations Department has processed the Declaration, students will receive a degree pre-clearance checklist confirming degree requirement completion by the degree date indicated. The pre-clearance does not confirm ceremony participation.

Ceremony Participation

Columbia, MO Ceremony

To participate in the Columbia, MO main campus commencement ceremony on December 20, 2014 students must:

  • File a Declaration of Candidacy for Degree form on Cougartrack.
  • Complete an Application for Commencement Ceremony available through Cougartrack
    (Caps and gowns are ordered by Columbia College using information provided on the Application for Commencement Ceremony.)

The deadline to sign up is October 24, 2014.

Nationwide Campus ceremonies

To participate in a ceremony at one of our Nationwide Campuses across the country students must:

  • File a Declaration of Candidacy for Degree form on Cougartrack.
  • Complete an Application for Commencement Ceremony available through Cougartrack. Students must indicate at which campus they want to participate.
    (Caps and gowns are ordered by Columbia College using information provided on the Application for Commencement Ceremony.)
