Columbia College-Fort Sill Campus seeks an Administrative Assistant who will provide clerical and office management support for the front office. Responsibilities include first point of contact with students and prospects; providing customer service, assisting students with financial aid issue, responding to telephone requests, administrative functions including but not limited to data entry, supply orders, maintaining student files, information reporting, coordination of special events, and scheduling appointments.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma and must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, well organized, and have strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude with a focus on providing great customer service, meeting deadlines, and work independently or as a team.
Preferred qualifications include: Associate degree; prior experience as an administrative assistant, expanded computer skills, and background in education environment.
