The following scholarships are available to students who have just transferred to Columbia College and attend traditional day classes in Columbia, Mo.

Automatic Scholarships
A+ Scholarship Awarded to transfer students from a Missouri public two-year college with a minimum 3.0 cumulative college GPA and an Associate in Arts degree, Associate in Science degree, or 60 transferable hours. In addition, the student must have attended the community college on an A+ grant. One-third tuition discount
Alumni Legacy Grant Awarded to new students who have earned a 3.3 cumulative college GPA and are children of alumni who received an associate, bachelor's or master's degree at Columbia College. 15% discount
Alumni Legacy Scholarship (transfer) Transfer students with a 3.3 cumulative college GPA. 20% discount
Associate Degree Transfer Grant Students who transfer directly to Columbia College with an associate degree are eligible. Phi Theta Kappa, Community College, and A+ Scholarship recipients are not eligible for this award. $1000

Community College Scholarship Students transferring from a community/junior college with a minimum 3.4 cumulative college GPA and an Associate in Arts degree, Associate in Science degree or 60 transferable hours are eligible for this automatic award. Half tuition
Disciples of Christ Pastoral Award Awarded to Disciples of Christ members who are nominated by their minister and who are first-time Columbia College students. $1000
Disciples of Christ Schiffman Supplementary Award Awarded to recipients of the Disciples of Christ Pastoral Award. Requires minister's letter of endorsement. No limit per congregation. $1000
Freshman Transfer Award Transfer students who have attended only one semester at another institution and have earned a 3.4 grade point average are awarded any automatic scholarships and awards for which they were eligible as a new freshman at Columbia College. varies based on award
Midwest student exchange Awarded to students whose permanent address is from Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska or North Dakota. 10% discount
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship Phi Theta Kappa members transferring from a community/junior college with a minimum 3.5 cumulative college GPA and an Associate in Arts degree, Associate in Science degree or 60 transferable hours are eligible for this automatic award. Half tuition plus $500
ROTC Only ROTC Scholarship recipients are eligible. Contact the Admissions Office for more information Room and board
Silver Citizen Discount Awarded to students 65 years of age or older. Students are required to pay all other charges in connection with enrollment, coursework and graduation. 50% tuition reduction
Two-in-Family Grant Awarded to full-time students with an immediate family member (parent, child, sibling, spouse) enrolled full-time at Columbia College. 500
Veteran's Grant Available to former U.S. military personnel $200 per 6 month active service with maximum of $800.

Endowed & Heritage Awards Variable awards for new students who show promise of academic success. Awards include: Mary Green Lozier Award, Dillingham Family Scholarship, Lois Singletary Scholarship and others. Amount varies
Phi Theta Kappa Honor Scholarship Awarded to one Phi Theta Kappa member. Transfers from community/junior college with a minimum 3.5 cumulative college GPA and an associate in arts degree, associate in science degree or at least 60 transferable hours are eligible to compete. Full tuition
Talent Award Awards in art, music, and athletics. Program directors determine allocation of funds and additional information is required. Contact the Admissions Office for more information Amount varies
