Suzanne oversees the Advancement Division of Columbia College. She is responsible for the college's strategic communication efforts, community outreach and management of fundraising efforts to benefit the priorities of the institution. A liaison to the college for the CCAA Board of Directors, Suzanne is also a member of President Dalrymple's Administrative Council and the Steven and Barbara Fishman Center Board of Directors. A supporter of the Columbia community, Suzanne is a Columbia Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and President of the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation Board of Directors.

Jamie provides support to the Executive Director for Development, Alumni and Public Relations and the Office of Development staff. Her responsibilities include general office management, preparation of correspondence and accounts payable, meeting coordination and assisting with divisional programs, special events, annual planning, budgeting, stewardship activities and campaign planning activities.

Jason manages records and gift administration efforts, including providing oversight for data entry and integrity in the development and alumni database as well as gift and pledge processing and receipting.

John provides research support for the college's fundraising efforts and oversees the department's grant-seeking operations.

Ramona oversees the creation and maintenance of endowment records and planned gifts and serves as the primary liaison for information on endowment and planned giving policies, procedures and related financial reporting.

Sallie provides oversight for contributor appreciation and stewardship efforts and events. She serves as the campaign planning manager for the Office of Development, staffs the former and emeritus trustees, and works with the Office of Public Relations to publish the Annual Report on Philanthropy and Volunteerism.

Kimberly updates the development and alumni database in addition to ensuring correct entry of gifts and pledges as well as corresponding receipts. She also records gift administration efforts and assists the development and alumni relations offices with data retrieval.

Melissa travels extensively assisting donors with planned and major gifts of $10,000 and above. She identifies, cultivates, solicits and provides stewardship to alumni and friends so they may fulfill their philanthropic goals in partnership with the mission, values and vision of the college.

Keith identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards current and potential donors for major gifts of $10,000 or more. He serves as a representative for the college and its mission when working in the local community and while traveling nationally.

Beth’s primary responsibility is the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program, including the management of communication and solicitation strategies involving email, direct mail, phone/mail and volunteer engagement, all focused on shaping a sustainable tradition of annual support for Columbia College.
