We’re here when you need to talk with someone. We provide short-term, solution-focused counseling to enrolled Columbia College students. Additionally, we can refer students to other professionals in the community. Our services are confidential and free of charge.

If you’re worried about someone’s mental health, we can provide information and resources to assist. We can also offer guidance about what you might do to help.

Our counseling staff provides education and outreach to students and staff during the academic year. We can present on a variety of topics including mindfulness, text anxiety, healthy relationships, stress management and conflict resolution. Contact us at (573) 875-7423 to inquire about presentations.
