Columbia College-Jefferson City names new director

(COLUMBIA, Mo.)-Columbia College recently announced the promotion of Rebecca Gordon-Bocklage to director of Columbia College's Jefferson City Campus. She previously served as assistant director of the campus.

"We are pleased to have Becky serve in this new capacity," said Dr. Gary Massey, dean for adult higher education at Columbia College. "She has long been a valued member of our institution, and she will continue to be an asset to Columbia College-Jefferson City in the years to come."

Gordon-Bocklage comes to the role with previous management experience. In addition, she has more than a decade-long tenure with Columbia College. Gordon-Bocklage owned, operated and managed her own retail business in Jefferson City for thirteen years. She joined the College as an adjunct instructor in 1999. In 2008, she assumed the position of assistant director for the Jefferson City Campus.

Gordon-Bocklage earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and management and later a master's degree in business administration at Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo.
