Edward Halloran Memorial Scholarship Award

Application must be received at the Columbia College Denver Campus by March 2010.

Selection Criteria. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements listed below:

1. Applicant must be a current, degree seeking Columbia College, Denver Campus student.

2. Applicant must be a full time student (two classes). A student is not considered enrolled if they are currently only taking distance education course(s). He/she must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher while a student at Columbia College

3. Applicant must have completed 24 semester hours by the end of the session that the award is presented. Of the 24 semester hours, 18 must have been earned with Columbia College.

4. Applicants must be involved in local community activities and provide a statement relative to their involvement.

5. Applicant must provide a written statement of past and present achievements and goals.

Administrative Notes

1. The Halloran $500.00 Scholarship Award is open to all students that meet the above criteria and will be awarded during the 2009-2010 academic year.

The Halloran $500.00 Scholarship Award committee will announce the name of the scholarship award recipient in May, 2008. The decision of the committee is final.

Jamison $250.00 Scholarship Awards (Two Awards)

Application must be received at the Columbia College Denver Campus by March 2010.

Applicant must be a current, degree seeking Columbia College-Denver Campus student. Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher while a student at Columbia College. Applicant must have completed 24 semester hours by the end of the session that the award is presented. Of the 24 semester hours, 18 must have been earned with Columbia College. Applicant must provide a written statement of past and present achievements and goals.

Administrative Notes

1. The Jamison $250.00 Scholarship Awards are open to all students that meet the above criteria and will be awarded for the 2009-2010 academic year.

The Jamison $250.00 Scholarship Awards committee will announce the name of the scholarship award recipient in May, 2010. The decision of the committee is final.

Jamison $500.00 Scholarship Award

Application must be received at the Columbia College Denver Campus by March 14, 2008.

Selection Criteria. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements listed below:

Applicant must be a current, degree seeking Columbia College, Denver Campus student. Applicant must have carried a full course load (two classes), for at least two of the previous five sessions attended. He/she must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher while a student at Columbia College Applicant must have completed 52 semester hours by the end of the session that the award is presented. Of the 52 semester hours, 24 must have been earned with Columbia College. Applicants must be involved in local community activities and provide a statement relative to their involvement. Applicant must provide a written statement of past and present achievements and goals.

Administrative Notes

1. The Jamison $500.00 Scholarship Award is open to all students that meet the above criteria and will be awarded during the 2009-2010 academic year.
