- Take Highway 50 West to John Young Parkway
- Turn right

- Columbia College-Orlando is on your right
From the downtown area:
- Take the East-West Expressway west to the John Young exit
- Turn right at the exit ramp
- Go north on John Young Parkway to Highway 50
- Cross Highway 50 and travel 100 yards to Technology Dr.
- Turn right
- Columbia College-Orlando is on your right
From the west:
- Take either Highway 50 or the East-West Expressway to the John Young Parkway
- Turn left
- Travel 100 yards to Technology Dr.
- Turn right
- Columbia College-Orlando is on your right
From south Orlando:
- Proceed to John Young Parkway
- Travel north to Highway 50
- Cross Highway 50 and travel 100 yards to Technology Dr.
- Turn right

From the north:

- Exit at Lee Road
- Travel west and cross Highway 441
