Enlisted Commissioning Programs
For currently serving military members, Columbia College offers a wide variety of educational opportunities, both in the classroom and online. From associate degrees to graduate programs, education is available for all ranks. For Coast Guard, Navy, Marine and Army personnel, review the service specific SOC Handbook to determine if any of your previously taken college courses meet Columbia College specific course requirements. Air Force personnel should review the CCAF equivalency guide to determine course equivalencies. With a quick review of the appropriate guide, you could learn you are much closer to completing degree requirements than expected.
Currently Enlisted ROTC Members
Each military branch offers its own enlisted commissioning program. Personnel selected for one of these programs will become cadets or midshipmen whose sole military responsibility will be to complete their college education and receive a commission.
With Columbia College's network of 33 Nationwide Campuses, Day Campus, Evening Campus and the Online Campus, personnel interested in these programs can begin their college education with Columbia College while serving at their current duty station. Upon entering the ROTC program, new cadets and midshipmen will transfer to Columbia College to attend the Day Campus, located in Columbia, Mo. to finish their degree.
