The Center for Specialized REALTOR® Education, a wholly owned subsidiary of NAR will provide members an exclusive $100 scholarship for each eligible course.

NAR Certificate Programs

NAR Academy certificates are accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and can be directly applied to a college degree. Each certificate consist of 5 courses, with a total of 16 credit hours. NAR Academy offers certificates in leadership, negotiation, and digital marketing.

Courses that are eligible for this exclusive scholarship include coursework that counts towards your degree or program in business administration, accounting, finance, innovation and entrepreneurship, management, marketing, organizational leadership, human resource management, real estate management, digital marketing for real estate, real estate leadership and real estate negotiation. No additional scholarship application is necessary, just complete our online application at no cost and indicate you are an NAR member.

We recognize that you've learned plenty in your career as a REALTOR®.

Apply what you already know toward a degree or certificate. We award three academic credit hours for your current, state-issued real estate agent or broker’s license.

Additionally, you can receive credit for CLEP tests, courses you’ve completed at other regionally accredited colleges, and military training. This saves you time and money on your degree.

We’ll provide an unofficial review of your transcripts before you apply.

We offer eight-week classes that start six times a year, providing a flexible path to your degree or certificate. Classes are offered online or in seat at more than 30 locations nationwide.
