I have questions about eServices, passwords or account lockout - where can I go for assistance?

How do I apply to Columbia College?
Choose the appropriate admission application on the apply page.

How do I get a copy of my transcript?
To obtain an official copy of your transcript of to have one forwarded to another institution, a written request with your signature is required along with a $7.50 fee. Send transcript requests to:

I need to change my address - what do I do?
Fill out a Change of Address FormPDF document. If you have related questions, please contact the Registration office. Do you have an ESL program for non-native speakers? If yes, how much TOEFL score is needed?

Do you offer career services?
These services are provided to all Columbia College students and alumni by Career Services Center.

Do you post employment opportunities on your Web site?
Yes, in Human Resources area.

Can I take classes at home via the Internet?
Yes, see the Online Campus pages for more information.

If I apply online, will the reply stating my acceptance or rejection be by regular mail or e-mail?
E-mail.

Do you have an online bookstore?
Columbia College bookstore has their own Web site at http://ccis.bkstore.com. We also have an online vendor that supplies textbooks for students of Online Campus and some Nationwide campuses.

How do I get a catalog of alumni merchandise?
Alumni merchandise is not currently sold over the Internet. However, we are looking into the possibility. In the meantime, please contact Development and Alumni Office to request a catalog or place an order.The online bookstore also has some merchandise for sale.

Do you have a campus map available via your website?
Yes, we do. See it under Columbia, MO section.

Are there any exceptions to your requirement to live on-campus until age 22?
All freshmen and sophomores and any students receiving institutional aid are required to live on campus. Exceptions are: students age 22 or older; if living with parents in Boone County; married; have a child; or military veteran. Appeals should be addressed to Assistant Dean for Campus Life.

Do the dorms have curfews or check-in times?
Residence Halls do not have curfews or check-in times.

Does your college have health insurance for its students?
Campus Life has a voluntary program in which students sign up directly with the company. Price varies with the coverage desired. For more information regarding student health contact Campus Life.

Where is your Athletics Web site?
The Columbia College Cougars' Web site is located at www.columbiacougars.com.

How do I contact a staff or faculty member from an extended (nationwide) campus?
Go to that nationwide campus' Web site, and click "Directory" at the top of any page on that site.
