Okay - here's the recipe for my famous Chocogasmic Brownies

You will need to assemble the following equipment:

9x12 backing pan
Small Heavy Saucepan
Large Mixing Bowl
Mixer
Measuring Cup
Large Mixing Spoon

Gather the following ingredients:

2 sticks sweet butter (1/2 cup)
5 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
6 egg yolks and 4 egg whites (don't use the 2 extra whites)
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
2/3 cup of All-purpose Flour
1/2 cup of M and Ms milk chocolate candies.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°
  2. Oil and Flour the 9x12 baking pan
  3. Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate in the small heavy saucepan on low heat until melted then remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  4. Beat 6 egg yolks, 4 egg whites, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of corn syrup in the large mixing bowl until thick, creamy and lemon colored.
  5. Add 1 tsp of vanilla and mix well.
  6. Fold chocolate mixture into egg and sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
  7. Gently fold flour in the batter, mixing until just blended.
  8. Fold in M and Ms.
  9. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set. Poke a knife into the center. If it comes out wet, the brownies are not done yet.
  11. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before cutting into bars.
  12. This recipe will yield 12, 3x3 (large) brownies.
