2008 Testing Dates — Lake of the Ozarks campus

Entrance exam test dates and signup deadlines for sessions beginning March 2009 (non-LPN) and June 2009 (LPN).

Entrance tests may be scheduled online, by phone or in person at the Lake of the Ozarks campus. There is a non-refundable, $50 fee charged for the entrance tests. This fee is charged each time a test is taken. Students are required to pay for the test one week prior to the scheduled date in the business office at the Lake of the Ozarks campus.

Test cancellations must be by e-mail, ljhenley@ccis.edu, or phone, (573) 348-2166, 24 hours prior to the test date. If a student fails to show up for his or her test, payment cannot be refunded or used toward another test date.

Test-day preparations

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, as we will start promptly at 8 a.m.
• Late arrivals will not be admitted.
• Calculators and cell phones are notallowed.
• Pencils and scratch paper are provided.
• Bring your entrance-exam receipt for verification of payment.
• If you do not bring your photo ID the day of the test, you will not be allowed to take the test.
• The test is computerized.
• Students may view test results when the test is finished.
