The Associate’s in Real Estate Management prepares students with the knowledge and skill sets needed to succeed in the industry. You’ll explore modern issues encountered in business and real estate management.

Learn more about the principles of real estate, finance, management and organizational behavior.

In addition to business basics, you’ll have the option to take electives such as digital marketing and social media, consumer behavior and advertising and sales promotion.

Columbia College students benefit from small, personalized classes. Our professors and instructors are leaders in their respective industries and communities.


Built in 2019, New Hall houses the Robert W. Plaster School of Business. The first floor includes six classrooms with the latest educational technology and mobile furniture to allow for flexible seating. The first floor also includes event space, study areas and faculty offices. The top three floors house 150 students in suite-style rooms.

New Hall also has an outdoor terrace extending from the entrance of the building to the border of R. Marvin Owens field.
