Real estate negotiation is a balancing act.
The Real Estate Negotiation Certificate will hone your ability to arbitrate, mediate and find companies that work for everyone. You will study theories, concepts and skills necessary to identify and resolve interpersonal and group conflicts while boosting your problem-solving skills.
Additionally, you’ll be introduced to management, learning principles and applications, and gain a better understanding of practical real estate negotiation strategies.
The certificate is available for both students seeking a degree and those who do not wish to pursue a degree.
Please note this degree program may not be able to be completed fully in-seat. A combination of in-seat and online coursework may be required.
This program is approved in the State of Missouri by the Missouri Department of Higher Education. State approval does not guarantee licensure eligibility in any state for this program.

Built in 2019, New Hall houses the Robert W. Plaster School of Business. The first floor includes six classrooms with the latest educational technology and mobile furniture to allow for flexible seating. The first floor also includes event space, study areas and faculty offices. The top three floors house 150 students in suite-style rooms.
New Hall also has an outdoor terrace extending from the entrance of the building to the border of R. Marvin Owens field.
