Tuition and Fees

Yes, you can afford a private college. Paying for college can be a challenge. But at Columbia College our tuition is extremely competitive with most public colleges and universities, plus there are no surprise student fees tacked onto your bill.

When you consider that over a lifetime, individuals with a college degree will earn twice as much (nearly $1 million more) than those without a degree, a college degree is truly the best investment you can make in yourself.

When we say we are an "affordable" college, that's exactly what we mean. Columbia College ranked among the "Great Schools at a Great Price" by U.S.News & World Report for schools in its category. Additionally, in the 2003 U.S. News and World Report Annual College Rankings, Columbia College ranked first in its category for having graduates with the least amount of student debt. Only 25 percent of Columbia College graduates leave with debt, and the average amount is less than $5,000.
