According to its website, College Colors Day is an annual celebration dedicated to promoting the traditions and spirit that make the college experience great. The event encourages students to “pledge allegiance” to their school.

College Colors Day first began in 2005, and Columbia College first participated in 2010, making this the fourth year the college has been involved.
