Columbia College presents the Relay for Life Cookbook.
More than 80 recipes were submitted from faculty, staff and students for the 2013 Relay for Life Cookbook. The book’s cover was designed by Bill Carney, Director of Academic Programs for the Online Campus.
Last year, 80 cookbooks were printed and raised more than $700. Let’s beat that number! Order yours now, for $10. CLASSIC ARTICHOKE SPREAD
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all and spread in lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with pita chips, crackers or tostadas.
