Cindy Miller elected president of KCCAP

Cindy R. Miller, director of Columbia College-Kansas City, has been elected as the 2012-2013 President for the Kansas City Collegiate Admissions Professionals (KCCAP).

KCCAP is a consortium of approximately 30 regionally accredited colleges and universities that are represented in the Kansas City metropolitan area. KCCAP provides education fairs, at no cost, to businesses and organizations.

“I am proud and honored to be a part of this organization, whose sole purpose is to offer a variety of college and university options to working adults in the Kansas City area,” Cindy Miller said. “Our group not only conducts a minimum of 35 education fairs at corporations in and around the metropolitan area, but we also present annual professional development sessions for our members.

“Our members use their vision and drive to promote higher education for all, which benefits not only the individual and our respective institutions, but also this community in which we live and work.”
