Dr. Bob Johnson, a leading authority on best practices of higher education websites, took time to review his findings about the 10 most oft-visited Columbia College Web pages. His expertise and candor provided some necessary feedback as the college looks forward to revamping the site.
“We were pleased to have Dr. Johnson here with us to provide his insights to not only those closely involved with marketing, but also the entire faculty and staff,” said Lana Poole, executive director of Marketing. “It’s important for everyone to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our site so that it can be improved for all users.”
Feedback from the group and Johnson’s report, will be reviewed by the Marketing Advisory Committee (MAC), who is charged with transforming the college’s website into a powerful marketing and recruiting engine.
