Health Services Office

Health information is always available at no charge to Columbia College students, faculty and staff. Prescriptions can be written and referrals made when deemed necessary.

When the Columbia College nurse practitioner is not available, students may seek aid at any of the following locations:

City/County Health Department

The Health Department provides free STD and HIV testing and treatment.

Jon will assist students that have some type of injury.

Health Forms

All new students in the day program are required to submit a completed Columbia College Medical History form and show proof of two vaccinations for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR). Failure to submit these documents to Health Services will prevent students from registering for subsequent semesters. For more information, contact Health Services at (573) 875-7432.
