Day Campus: Scholarships for New Transfer Students

For detailed information regarding terms and conditions of scholarships and renewal criteria, please review the "Scholarships, Awards, and Grants" section of your academic catalog. Find your catalog on the Registrar Web site. Institutional scholarships listed apply to tuition only; combinations of scholarships and external assistance cannot exceed tuition or apply to other charges unless otherwise specified. Scholarships below are only available to full-time undergraduate Day Campus students unless otherwise specified. This scholarship criteria is reviewed annually for changes; contact your admissions counselor to determine if there are any proposed changes for the upcoming year
The following scholarships are available to students who have just transferred to Columbia College and attend traditional day classes in Columbia, Mo.

| Alumni Legacy Grant | Awarded to new students who are children of alumni who received an associate, bachelor's or master's degree at Columbia College. | 15% discount | |
| Alumni Legacy Scholarship (transfer) | Awarded to transfer students who have a 3.3 cumulative GPA and are children of alumni who received an associate, bachelor's or master's degree at Columbia College. | 20% discount | |
| Alumni Referral Grant | Awarded to new freshman or transfer students who are formally referred to the Day Campus by a Columbia College alumnus. Alumni Legacy Grant or Alumni Legacy Scholarship recipients are not eligible. | $500 | Yes |

| Endowed & Heritage Awards | Variable awards for new students who show promise of academic success. Awards include: Mary Green Lozier Award, Dillingham Family Scholarship, Lois Singletary Scholarship and others. | Amount varies | |
| Lois J. Erdman Award | Awarded to 2 female Business majors, of junior or senior status, who show promise of academic success as well as financial need. The award recipients shall have a grade point average of 3.2 or higher. Preference will be given to students exemplifying entrepreneurial talent or spirit. The recipients will be chosen by Business Department faculty from a pool of qualified applicants supplied by the Office of Academic Affairs. | Half tuition | No |
