Evening Campus Scholarships
This is a general reference guide only. For detailed information regarding terms and conditions of scholarships and renewal criteria, please review the "Scholarships, Awards, and Grants" section of your academic catalog. Find your catalog on the Registrar Web site. Institutional scholarships listed apply to tuition only; combinations of scholarships and external assistance cannot exceed tuition or apply to other charges unless otherwise specified. Scholarships below are only available to undergraduate students unless specified.
Please see application process and date of award for specifics. Amounts may increase or decrease based on annual assessed value of the scholarship's investment instruments. Scholarships are not renewable unless otherwise stated.

| Associate Degree Transfer Grant |
$375 ($75 per session) | Any student transferring to Columbia College with an associate’s degree may apply for this $375 transfer grant for his or her first year. This grant is non-renewable and is not need-based. | To receive and remain eligible for the grant, the student must maintain satisfactory academic progress according to established institutional

CCAA Lifelong Learning Grant (formerly Warranted Degree) |
One free course | Awarded to students who've completed the highest Columbia College undergraduate degree available at the time of graduation. For graduates of Christian Female College, this would be the associate degree and for graduates of Columbia College it is the bachelor's degree. Eligible students may enroll in one course, free of charge, if five years have elapsed since receiving their degree, they owe no fees, and they are not in default on federal loans. Students may enroll for credit or as auditors in courses being offered during the regularly scheduled semesters or sessions, provided space is available and course pre-requisites are met. Students are required to pay lab fees and for textbooks associated with the courses. Students are permitted to enroll in one free course in each subsequent five-year period but may not accumulate free courses. The CCAA Lifelong Learning Grant cannot be used for graduate-level courses or any online courses. | The student must be admitted to Columbia

| Coast Guard Spouse Grant | 50% tuition grant for in-seat or online undergraduate courses. | The overall award maximum is limited to $4,000. To be eligible, the student must be the spouse of an active duty Coast Guard military member, degree seeking in an associate degree program (excluding the Associate of General Studies degree program) and fully admitted to Columbia College. The discount does not apply to students whose tuition is covered under other tuition assistance programs. This grant cannot be used in conjunction with any other Columbia College tuition discounts or grants. Student must submit the grant application before registering and show military dependent identification card to campus for verification (online students may submit the Military Status Form). Renewable for maximum of three years after grant first used. | Complete and submit a Coast Guard Spouse Grant Form. A new application must be completed each academic year. | Col. Charles E. McGee Scholarship | $1000 | Competitive Award available to a military veteran who is degree-seeking with a 2.5 GPA. | Complete and submit a Col. McGee Scholarship Application along with essay and references. The application deadline is early in each calendar year for awards starting in August. | Boone County Endowed Award | up to $1000 | Recipients must be Boone County residents who can demonstrate involvement in community service. Students also must have a 3.1 cumulative GPA or 280 GED and 22 ACT/1020 SAT. | Complete and submit a Boone County Endowed Scholarship Application along with letters of recommendation, and activities resume by March 31. |
| eScholarship | $1,000 | The eScholarship is a one-time award designed to reward outstanding achievement in online study at Columbia College. The award will be for the upcoming academic year to undergraduate students who, in addition to meeting the minimum criteria, demonstrate a history of academic excellence and personal growth as a result of taking online courses with Columbia College. At the time of application, the student must meet the following criteria:

| Evening Program Scholarship | Awarded to a student in the Evening Campus, 25 years of age or older, with a 3.5 or higher cumulative G.P.A., who has earned at least 42 credit hours from Columbia College. When more than one student qualifies, G.P.A., financial need, and service to the College or community will be considered. | Complete and submit an Evening

| Military Spouse Tuition Grant | 20% tuition discount for undergraduate in-seat classes | To be eligible the student must be the spouse of an active duty, guard or reserves member. The discount does not apply to online coursework, nor does it apply to students whose tuition is covered under tuition assistance programs other than the MyCAA program. This grant cannot be used in conjunction with the two-in-family grant. | Silver Citizen Discount | 50% tuition reduction | Awarded to students 65 years of age or older. Students are required to pay all other charges in connection with enrollment, coursework and graduation. Not available for online classes or graduate classes. | Spouse's Opportunity Grant | Amount is tuition for one in-seat course. | Awarded to spouse of active duty military members.
